Kimon Pappas

Kimon brings a wealth of functional expertise, transferable knowledge, and a fresh perspective to the table. With an outsider's eye and no pre-existing biases, he has consistently challenged the status quo, leading meaningful change and driving organisational and business performance to new heights.

He is a seasoned Senior Commercial Executive, originally from Greece, whose professional journey has been defined by a remarkable 20-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, starting in Greece and soon transitioning to the European Headquarters in Geneva Switzerland. 

Throughout his career, Kimon has excelled in various roles, from leading Sales Teams to directing Market Strategy and Planning across Europe. Notably, his tenure at Procter & Gamble saw him rise to the position of Sales Director, culminating to Europe Director, Portfolio Strategy & Go-to-Market and Global Director, Sales Capability for Professional Beauty at P&G & COTY in Geneva.

Relocating to Australia at the end of 2019, Kimon joined Blackmores Group as Commercial Transformation Leader.  What began as a six-month contract, evolved into a four year transformative journey, where he had the privilege to immerse himself in various aspects of the Australian market across Grocery, Pharmacy, Pet and Health Care Practitioners channels. At Blackmores he led significant organisation restructuring & commercial transformation efforts within the Transformation Office and the Enterprise Project Management Office later on,  achieving substantial business growth and savings.

Outside of work, Kimon actively engages in community, volunteering and serving as President of Bulleen Tennis Club in Victoria.

Committed to continuous growth, he holds certifications in Change Management, has pursued education in Business Digital Transformation at IMD, and holds a postgraduate diploma in Economics, and Agronomy.
